That casual setting we mentioned for contemporary worship is called Centerstage. It's a modern events space in the Criswell Center, the stone and glass building where you started your tour.
As for the orchestra-and-choir version of worship, we call that our "blended" worship because, while its roots are in the great old musical traditions of the church, the songs and their arrangements definitely aren't stuck in the past.
